We offer customized samples as well. The sample cost will be reimbursed when you place an order exceeding 3000 pieces, adding value to your purchase.

For samples already in existence,

are required if I want to create my own design?
Our talented in-house designer can work with JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF files. We provide 3D drawings for molds or printing screens for your final approval before production.
6. How many color options do you offer?
We match colors precisely with the Pantone
guide or your sample.
Simply provide us with the Pantone
number,
and we'll match it perfectly. Alternatively, we can suggest some of our most popular color selections for your consideration.
7. How do you ship the goods, and how long does it take to arrive?
For smaller orders, express delivery is available. For larger quantities, we typically ship by
sea,
ensuring your products arrive safely and efficiently.
8. What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit via TT upon order confirmation and 70% against the copy of B/L.
For smaller orders, we require 100% payment in advance through MADE IN CHINA, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
