1. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
For stock items, we offer a flexible MOQ of only 100 pieces, allowing for 25 pieces per color to suit your needs.
For OEM color or customized packing, the MOQ is set at 2000 pieces, ensuring exclusivity for your brand.

2. Is it possible to receive samples?
Absolutely, we are happy to provide samples for your review.
The total sample charge, including shipping, is 50 USD.
We are also pleased to offer customized samples, with the sample cost refundable upon order placement of 3000 pieces or more.

3. What is the lead time for sample preparation?
For existing samples,
in
just 1-3 days,
they will be dispatched.

For samples requiring your unique designs,
approximately 5-
7 days
will be needed,
depending on whether new printing screens are necessary.

4. What is the production lead time?
For stocked colors, we proudly offer fast delivery, with shipping within 7 days.
For customized OEM orders, the production process takes 25-35 days,
following deposit receipt and confirmation of all packing materials.

5. What
design documents
are required for a custom design order?
With our in-house designer, you can provide JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF files. We will create a 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final approval.

6. How many color options are available?
We match colors using the Pantone
card or a sample you provide.
Simply tell us your desired Pantone
number,
and we'll match it perfectly. Alternatively, we can recommend trending colors.

7. How are goods shipped, and what is the estimated delivery time?
For small orders, we deliver via express. Larger orders are usually shipped by
sea.

8. What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms require a 30% deposit after order confirmation, with the remaining 70% due against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
For small orders, full payment is required in advance via MADE IN CHINA.
