The sample charge, including shipping, comes to a total of 50 USD.
We are also delighted to offer customized samples, with the cost refundable upon placing an order exceeding 3000 pieces.
3. What is the lead time for samples to be prepared?
For samples that are already existing,
within
1-3 days
they will be dispatched.
If you prefer your own unique designs,
approximately 5-
7 days
will be needed for preparation,
contingent on the complexity of your designs and the necessity for new printing screens, etc.
4. What is the production lead time?
For our stocked colors, swift delivery is our forte, shipping can be completed within 7 days.
For a customized OEM order, it will typically take between 25-35 days
once the deposit is received and all packing materials have been finalized.
5. What
documents
are necessary if I wish to create my own design?
With our in-house designer expertise, simply provide us with JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF files. We will create a detailed 3D drawing for mold or printing screen approval based on the technical specifications.
6. How many color options are available?
We offer color matching with the Pantone
card or based on your sample.
You simply need to inform us of the Pantone
number.
We will ensure precise color matching, or alternatively, we can suggest some of the trending colors.
7. How do you ship the goods, and how long does it take for arrival?
For smaller orders, express delivery is available. For larger orders, we typically opt for shipping by
sea,
ensuring a balance between cost efficiency and reliability.
8. What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms include a TT 30% deposit post-order confirmation, with the remaining 70% against a copy of the bill of lading.
For smaller orders, full payment in advance is processed through MADE IN CHINA.
