For stock items, the minimum order quantity is 100 pieces, with 25 pieces available per color.
For OEM color or packing requirements, the minimum order quantity increases to 2000 pieces.

2. Can I request samples?
Absolutely! We are happy to provide samples.The sample charge, including shipping, totals 50 USD.
We offer customized samples as well, and the sample cost is refundable when you place an order exceeding 3000 pieces..

3. What is the lead time for samples?
For pre-existing samples, in 1-3 business days they will be dispatched..
For your custom designs, approximately 5-7 business days will be required, depending on whether new printing screens or other modifications are necessary.

4. What is your production lead time?
For in-stock colors, we offer expedited delivery, shipping within 7 days.
For customized OEM orders, production takes approximately 25-35 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all packaging materials..

5. What documents are required if I want a custom design?
We have our own in-house designer. You can provide JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF files. We will create a 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final approval based on the provided technique.

6. How many colors are available for customization?
We match colors using Pantone cards or your provided sample.Simply provide us with the Pantone number,and we will match the colors for you. Alternatively, we can recommend trending colors.

7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
For small orders, delivery can be made via express service. For larger orders, we typically ship by sea,which is our standard practice.

8. What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are TT: 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% against the copy of B/L.
For smaller orders, full payment in advance is required through MADE IN CHINA.
