For our readily available stock items, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is a flexible 100 pieces, with the option to choose 25 pieces per color!
For custom colors or packaging through OEM, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is set at 2000 pieces.
2. Can I request samples?
Absolutely!
The sample charge, including shipping, is a reasonable total of 50 USD.
We can also provide customized samples. The cost of the sample can be refunded when your order quantity exceeds 3000 pieces.

3. What is the lead time for sample preparation?
For existing sample designs,

they will be dispatched.

expect a lead time of about 5-

until they're ready,
subject to design specifics such as new printing screens, etc.
4. What is the production lead time?
For stocked colors, enjoy speedy delivery within 7 days.
For customized OEM orders, production takes 25-35 days
post receipt of deposit and confirmation of all packaging materials.

documents
are needed for a custom design?
We have our in-house designer ready to assist. Simply provide JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF formats, and we will create a 3D model or printing screen for your final approval.
6. How many color options are available?
We match colors using the Pantone
card or your provided sample.
Just provide us with the Pantone
number,
and we'll perfectly match the colors, or suggest popular colors for your selection.
7. How are goods shipped, and how long will delivery take?
For small orders, delivery is quick via express; for large orders, we typically ship by
sea.

8. What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% TT deposit upon order signing, with the remaining 70% payable against a copy of the B/L.
For small orders, full payment is required in advance via MADE IN CHINA.
